Here’s How the Active Buyer – Commission Rebate Works!

.....Preferred Guests registered as Active Buyers on VintageHomes.net may choose to be Represented by Andy Alison of Prudential California Realty (Realtor) in a Purchase of a Property Listed on a Realtor Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Pre –Qualified and Approved Active Buyers are able to receive a “Cash Back” Rebate from the Broker Compensation paid by the Seller to the Cooperating Broker at the Close of Escrow.

The Active Buyer Rebate is based on the following scale:

Purchase Price ...............................“Cash Back” Rebate
$ Up to $500,000 $500..............
$ 400,000 to $750,000 $1,000.................
$ 751,000 to $1,000,000 $1,250..................
$1,000,001 to $1,250,000 $1,500...................
$1,250,001 to $2,000,000 $2,250...................
$2,000,000 and Up $5,000.............
